She's very good to handle and great with children. She is forward going and good in traffic and ridden in a snaffle so she's not strong. Patch can still be jumped even although she has mild arthritis. Bill and Ben. Identical brothers. Cremelos. 11.2 hh D.O.B 1982![]() These special little geldings are currently looking for a special home. They need restricted grazing and must be kept together. They are identical brothers and are absolutely excellent with children, as they were bred at a zoo for the children's corner. They are now fully retired but love to be taken for walks. They are very gentle and have a huge personality. They have absolutely no ailments or naughty behaviour. They will need to be stabled at night during the winter and their eyes need protecting in direct sunlight. Both are currently situated at the centre. Charlie. Chestnut Arab Gelding. 14.2hh. D.O.B 1984.![]() Charlie is a georgeous gelding looking for a new home as his owner is going away to university. Charlie is semi retired, he has some stiffness but still loves to be ridden. He enjoys to be ridden gently by a lightweight rider a couple of times a week. He has a patch of alopecia at the top of his hind leg that the vet thinks may be due to the onset of Cushings. He is a friendly chap who is good to catch and loves fuss and attention. | Chloe. 13.2hh Connemara X. Liver Chestnut Mare. DOB 1989. REHOMED ![]() Chloe is currently at our Veteran Welfare re-hab centre in West Wales. She is looking for a quiet home as either a companion or for light hacking. She loves children and helped many youngsters to learn to ride. She is now ready for the quiet life! Chloe has cushings but is on no medication. Her condition is managed by keeping her weight down. Chloe is a very loving and cuddly pony and we don't feel she is getting all the attention she needs. She is fit and well and she enjoys hacking out 2-3 times a week. She is a very responsive and safe ride who has helped to teach young children. She is 100% in traffic, travels well, good with the farrier and children. Honey needs to come in at night during the winter but has no special needs. She is fit and well for her age. She is a sweet and gentle pony and it is believed that she must have been ridden at some point as she is so good to handle and load. She has no vices and is lovely natured. She is handled every day and is good withthe farrier. She is used to having dogs around. Siani has had laminitis in the past so needs controlled grazing. She has seedy toe which needs correct management from the farrier. Siani's owners are moving form their smallholding and would like to find a home or this friendly little mare. Josie, Blue Roan Miniture Shetland type Mare, 9hh, DOB 1994.![]() Josie is a sweet little pony looking for a new carer as her owners have retired and are unfortunately no longer able to look after her. She an especially kind little mare, willing do to anything asked of her, she's bombproof in traffic and never spooks or naps. She adores people and loves any fuss, she is great with children. She is often lower down in the pecking order with other horses and ponies she lives with and would appriciate a quiet home. She is never in a hurry and would make a lovely gentle childrens pet pony. Josie prefers to live out all year round but wears rugs in the winter. She has suffered with mild sweet itch in the past but other than this she has no special needs.
