EVENTS DIARY

Like all charities, we have to do our share organising fundraising events. Unlike the larger charities who have the funds hold huge charity auction nights, fundraising is not a glamorous life, standing in the cold all day at our local supermarket in January but was well worth the effort as we raised £169.90 in 5 hours (and lots of well wishes to boot, wear a smile and it goes along way), thanks to Anny, Louise and Gemma who all braved the weather to help out.

Please remember that fundraising should be fun, so recruit some friends to help you – you’ll have twice the fun and you can keep each other motivated. You can also contact me for some advice; I will help you wherever I can.
